If you want to improve your grade in the class, you will write a literary response to the novel based on the following prompt:

 

In the novel, the phrase "so it goes" is used only and always as a comment on death. What do you believe this Tralfamadorian saying says about death?  More importantly, what does it say about life.

 

Your essay should be a minimum of five pages and a maximum of six.  It must follow the protocols of MLA and include citations and a Works Cited.  The work is due Tuesday, June 2 by 8 PM.

 

Note: If you do decide to submit the work, and I highly recommend you do, if can only IMPROVE your grade.  Unresponsive work will not receive points.
